Principal Clinical Psychologist
Michelle has been working with clients to help them reflect, grow and transform their lives for seventeen years and draws on a large body of experience in public and private mental health settings. Michelle uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy along with other evidence based approaches to psychological therapy.
She has worked with clients to help them: overcome depression, find direction and purpose, cope with difficult relationships and relationship break down, reduce comfort eating and develop a healthy relationship with food, overcome panic attacks and anxiety, improve their self esteem and deal with highly pressured work environments.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts - First Class Honours in Psychology – and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) – both from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and holds a certificate in clinical hypnosis.
